All About Us
So, I am Erica. I am about to graduate college (May 2012). I am in the process of building a personal organization business, Lined Up & Tallied. I also have another blog, Emphatically Erica, where I post about life, projects, my lack of creativity, as well as many other things.
If there is anything that I have too many of, it would be my books. I have recently taken two trips to the local thrift store to donate the books that I know I won't read again, and my poor bookshelf is still completely full. I figure if I learn in excess, that it can't hurt any body.
I like to read books that remain in the realm of reality. I am not a fan of science fiction or fantasy. I like to read about people that really lived (or could have lived) and events that actually happened (or at least could actually happen). This follows all of my entertainment tastes--poor Boy cannot win for losing with his movies (I'm not a big fan, and am quite critical over computer animation--some of the things they show just don't make sense).
I have always wanted to be a part of a book club, but with college and work, I never found the time to pursue one. I figured that holding one through a blog would be much easier because I could attend and encourage others to do so as well no matter where they were. Some friends will be joining us soon and I am super excited.
